Job descriptionReview scope of work with homeowners and clearly explain the process Provide realistic job timelines and set expectations with client Perform water and mold remediation, including basic demolition and cleanup Maintain a clean work truck Keep all job paperwork updates in our system Be available for on-call emergencies when scheduled (overtime paid) Organized and detail-oriented Willing to learn industry basics including square foot and linear foot calculations Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing hands-on labor IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
