As our Director of Customer Partner (E2E), you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for assigned customer accounts. Every day, you will ensure seamless integration and execution of RCM processes, drive operational excellence, and foster strong client relationships to achieve business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. Here's What You Can Expect

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing the end-to-end RCM partnership to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize RCM processes, drive operational excellence, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular reporting, and facilitate executive-level business reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the RCM lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management, driving informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale RCM partnerships or client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with RCM technology platforms and analytics tools.
  • For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,718.72 - $187,269.24 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%.
