Drive strategy and execution for paid media and SEO programs

Analyze performance and report on KPIs to inform budget and strategy decisions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in demand generation and eCommerce

Proven success in driving pipeline growth and eCommerce KPIs like RoAS and AOV

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools

Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, and basic understanding of Marketo or similar platforms

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
