Key Responsibilities
Draft and process incoming referrals accurately and timely
Manage client emails and delegate information to appropriate team members
Assist with medical record requests and ensure proper case handling
Required Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Business experience in a healthcare and / or insurance setting is preferred
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
