Key Responsibilities :

Manage monthly accounting for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Perform daily accounting tasks and month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

File personal property declarations and income / expense reports with municipalities.

Ensure timely payment of property and real estate taxes.

Assist in budgeting processes and external audits for assigned properties.

Take on additional accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Experience in real estate / property accounting, either in industry or through public accounting with real estate clients.
