We're seeking an EDI Enrollment Specialist to join us. This is a remote position. The EDI Enrollment Specialist is responsible for client enrollment through various vendors and clearinghouses to set up electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT). This position will work EDI Claims paperwork, ERA paperwork, EFT paperwork and carrier cross referencing.

What you'll do :

• Responsible for client enrollment through various insurance companies, vendors and clearinghouses to set up electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT)
• Phone, email and fax contact to the EDI enrollment support staff at various companies mentioned above
• Administrative support for internal staff to set up, change and provide updates on enrollments
• Excellent note taking and follow up ability; accurately and efficiently track enrollments as requested over long periods of time
• Must be able to handle a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Perform other special projects as assigned
