Senior Manager, Media
The Senior Manager, Media sits within the integrated Mars Wrigley US Media Team and will be responsible for coordinating PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) plans for Challenger brands. This associate will work with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders and lead coordination between functions and agencies to ensure sound PESO strategy and executional excellence.
What Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years experience in Media Planning, Investment, PR or Social Content Creation
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Possesses strong analytical, quantitative skills and an innate analytical mindset
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Intimate knowledge and understanding of the Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned ecosystem
- Understanding of CPG paid media and measurement, including various testing methodologies and solutions
- Proficient in managing complex projects and stakeholder management
- Well organized, good at prioritization, and attentive to details.
- Biased toward action. Takes initiative, is entrepreneurial, can hit the ground running and move projects forward right from the start.
What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?
Lead coordination between functions and agencies for Challenger Brands' PESO activation campaigns. Campaigns may or may not include paid media.Develop and champion principles for investing in and supporting ESO (Earned, Shared, Owned) with paid investment.Work with Human Intelligence team to facilitate measurement solutions and testing for PESO campaigns. Proactively share learnings across US Marketing and Global communities.Brainstorm and activate new and unique marketing ideas (Including paid, earned, shared & owned levers) to drive effective communication with the target audienceEnsure paid media activation is executed when needed in conjunction with the paid media agencyManage budget in conjunction with media agency, facilitating billing / MFAs as neededCollaboratively work with other Media team members to ensure portfolio spend is optimizedWhat Can You Expect From Mars?

The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
