Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales
- Account management experience in a SaaS environment
- Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other Financial Management Software preferred
- Experience selling across various industries by leveraging industry insights with strategic positioning against customer challenges
- Demonstrated capability in managing a large pipeline of prospects through Salesforce, while supporting multiple stakeholders through the sales process
- Proven experience in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC, Solution, or Sandler
- Proven background and understanding of a client management lifecycle
- Work well within a team of various stakeholders (peers, partners, leadership, and supporting functions)
- Demonstrated history of exceptional performance in prior roles
- Growth mindset and courage to embrace challenges in an ever-changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Role model Intuit’s values and foster an inclusive environment
- Actively prospect book of business with outbound calling to generate opportunities
- Demonstrate an understanding of the value propositions of the Quickbooks Online ecosystem by articulating Intuit's strategies and products in comparison to key competitors
- Executive presentation skills with a clear ability to utilize tools to deliver a compelling ROI for the customer
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to meet quarterly sales targets
- Ability to utilize key stakeholders to help influence the buying process
- Navigate complex selling processes while fostering a deep understanding of key partners and their abilities to deliver against the customer’s needs in the buying process
- Key metrics of success include quota attainment, close rates and Pipeline Velocity, account growth
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $93,500 - $127,000, Colorado $78,000 - $105,500, Bay Area California $103,500 - 140,000, Southern California $103,500 - 140,000, Washington $93,500 - $127,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
