Job description

Overview

TERRIFIC NEW OPPORTUNITY IN SOUTH PALM BEACH COUNTY. Professional Regional law firm has an immediate opening for a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least five years of experience and extensive financial experience.

Responsibilities

  • All support aspects of a real estate transaction
  • Preparing and maintaining closing checklists
  • Performing title and survey review and issuing policies and endorsements
  • Researching public filings
  • Handling due diligence
  • Drafting contracts, closing documents, letter of intent, and leases
  • Coordinating closing / post-closing matters, and creating closing binders.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of paralegal level real estate experience
  • Real Estate Financing experience
  • Experience working at a Title Company
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Florida Law experience is preferred
  • Organized and Dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
