Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts with precision and efficiency.
• Make necessary machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure top-tier quality.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Accurately document production data and quality checks.

Our shop is temperature-controlled and thoughtfully organized, with some areas typical of a machine shop in terms of noise. The atmosphere is relaxed yet productive, making it a great place to focus and thrive. Work hours are Monday through Friday :

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract-to-Hire position located in Machesney Park, Illinois .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr.
