Accounts Receivable Collector

A company is looking for a Collector.

Key Responsibilities

Create a smooth customer collection experience by communicating with clients to request payments

Manage and oversee all aspects of collections for specified clients

Reconcile accounts, answer inquiries, and develop loyal relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

3+ years in customer service

Proficiency with Microsoft AX Dynamics ERP system and Salesforce.com

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to develop strong organizational skills

Demonstrated capability in managing client relationships
