Business Development Executive

The core role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the firm's accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services. This role involves market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution to support the firm's growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets, including SMEs, startups, and established corporations.
- Promote and position the accounting and bookkeeping services to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online outreach, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, software development, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and coordinate pricing discussions.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and financial trends to enhance consultative sales conversations.
