Role Overview :

The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role is hands-on in the field, coordinating multiple trades, maintaining site operations, and fostering a professional, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage daily and long-term project activities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of project goals, financial targets, schedules, and milestones.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and site organization / cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple trades on-site and lead trade supervisors through regular stand-up meetings.
• Apply deep knowledge of construction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
• Promote a professional and respectful team environment.
