EBMS Program Manager
CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Realty Building Design & Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones. The role will be based in North America and will need to work in the central time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.
The candidate will need to have a completed bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (required), more than 7 years' experience in Building Management Systems, and proficiency with project / program management tracking software. Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detail is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Experience with construction specifications, with a strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26, is preferred.

The minimum salary for the position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
