Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management TPA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing teams that support Fortune 500, national, and global clients
Drive revenue intelligence through pipeline management and oversight of client revenue
Oversee commercial operations including pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
10+ years of experience in population health, health plan, or health system growth with sales and / or account management experience
TPA or health plan experience required
5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a matrix organization
Solid understanding of employee benefits, managed care products, and the healthcare ecosystem
