This senior leader will be responsible for managing a range of strategy and execution activities for the business, including planning, execution and delivery of application and technology solutions in Hedge Fund Services and Private Markets. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in ensuring the implementation of risk, regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Location : Boston, MA
Salary : $130,000–$175,000
Responsibilities
Refine and execute growth strategy for a substantial, market-leading offering through driving strategic and business development initiatives.
Drive strategic and operating planning processes in partnership with other leaders.
Identify and develop relationships with clients and other third parties, engaging C-suites of target clients.
Define the development roadmap for the Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets program.
Oversee end-to-end application development lifecycle including testing, deployment and L4 support.
Partner with business leadership to support planned business growth and client onboarding.
Implement application modernization strategy to transform legacy applications to modern scalable cloud-based solutions.
Build strong relationships with Product and Operations to understand business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Communicate with senior executives on technology strategies and program status.
Establish talent development strategies and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Keys to Success / Skills
Deep expertise and proven track record in leading and delivering enterprise-scale application development, tools and technologies.
Experience in Financial Services industry in the area of Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets.
Proven experience aligning technology solutions with complex business strategies and processes.
Experience leading large multifunctional application transformation workstreams, delivering measurable outcomes and business value including risk reduction, resiliency, simplification, and reduced total cost of ownership.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
20+ years of experience in application development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Ability to manage a large global team.
