Registered Nurse Care Guide

The Nurse – Care Guide is a key contributor to LucyRx's clinical programs. This role combines clinical oversight, member engagement, and navigation support to optimize the utilization of medication therapies. The nurse will empower members to access complementary lifestyle resources, overcome barriers, and achieve their health goals. Support other clinical services as required.\n\nUtilization Oversight : \n

• Evaluate member eligibility for clinical programs, including weight loss and biosimilar programs, based on clinical guidelines.\n
• Monitor member progress, ensuring treatment effectiveness in collaboration with pharmacists.\n
• Identify and address barriers to medication adherence to support successful outcomes.\n\nMember Engagement : \n
• Conduct initial and ongoing consultations to discuss therapy goals and progress.\n
• Educate members on proper medication use, potential side effects, and lifestyle changes.\n
• Provide motivational coaching to drive engagement with approved lifestyle vendors.\n\nNavigation Support : \n
• Assist members in accessing resources to connect with clinical programs.\n
• Troubleshoot issues related to resource utilization and access.\n\nData Collection and Reporting : \n
• Document member interactions and clinical assessments in the management system.\n
• Collaborate with the analytics team to track outcomes and generate insights for clients.\n\nSupport other clinical services as required.
