Responsibilities

Summary :

The Vice President of Reentry Partnership Development is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the Reentry Partnership Development team. It sets goals and develops plans to achieve those goals. It is responsible for meeting or exceeding corporate revenue, margin and strategic targets.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

The Vice President of Reentry Partnership Development conducts customer site visits and interacts with new and existing customers to develop and maintain positive customer relationships and promote Company services and partnerships.

Interacts and communicates with key financial personnel regarding budgets, forecasts, margins as well as project pricing to ensure a cost competitive structure.

The Vice President of Reentry Partnership Development develops ongoing forecasts and partnership development projection data.

Monitors, measures and reports on activities to the Executive Vice President, Partnership Development and other senior management as required.

The Vice President of Reentry Partnership Development leads the team on developing and maintaining a network of contacts with government leaders and professionals within criminal justice and oversees consultant relationships.

Leads special projects such as the Strategic Planning Team and the Revenue Steering Committee.

The Vice President of Reentry Partnership Development maintains industry and product knowledge.

Informs senior management of changing market conditions.

Performs other duties as assigned.
