Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Auburn, Washington. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist guests and drivers at the front desk, ensuring smooth coordination of visits and deliveries.
- Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to returns, order discrepancies, and shortages.
- Initiate and oversee the return process, including documenting company details, items, and totals before forwarding invoices to the accounting team.
- Handle a high volume of calls daily, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Distribute and prepare mail, ensuring timely and organized processing.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to manage data entry and records effectively.
- Utilize systems such as Great Plains and Zoom to support daily operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and employees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless communication.
Requirements :
Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish is required.Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, handling high call volumes.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for data entry and administrative tasks.Basic knowledge of Great Plains software is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
