The job of a groundskeeper is to maintain the gardens, driveways and other landscaping elements of the place. Performs work associated with the upkeep and appearance of outdoor environments, including grounds and landscaping.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge about machinery and equipments used in groundskeeper job
• Ability to spot problems and diseases in plants and take up preventive measures
• Must be strong and healthy since the work is of a physical nature and involves lifting weights and working in sun and cold
• A good knowledge about gardening methods and foliage
• Must be able to spend long hours outdoors
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

• Debe manejar y atender problemas y fallas bsicas, adems de referir asuntos ms complejos al personal de mayor jerarqua.
• Debe contar con conocimientos tericos y prcticos sobre el tema.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Acceso a las reas parte trasera del hotel e informacin sensible.

Interactuar y, ocasionalmente, tener contacto sin supervisin con huspedes y / o colegas del hotel.

Acceso y control de zonas sensibles de las instalaciones del hotel, incluidas las llaves maestras y / o habitaciones, sala de almacenamiento / licores, archivadores seguros y / o la caja fuerte del hotel.

Acceso a habitaciones y llaves maestras durante el cumplimiento de tareas laborales.
