This role is perfect for an experienced ICU nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and values flexible scheduling. As part of our team, you’ll deliver advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Monitor and interpret complex cardiac, hemodynamic, and ventilator data. Administer medications, titrate critical drips, and manage life-support equipment. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including codes and rapid responses. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care providers to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA State. Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred. EPIC EMR Experience required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, high-stress situations.
