Job Description

Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from pre-construction to final completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and maintain quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Custom Home Project Manager should have :

• A strong background in custom home construction and project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices in the property industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
