Sr. Strategic Website Analyst

We are looking for a Sr. Strategic Website Analyst to provide actionable insights and help shape our digital marketing strategies.

You are an ideal fit if you have 10 years or more of website analyst experience and are adept at analyzing web data, managing analytics tools, and communicating findings to cross-functional teams to drive performance and optimize user engagement.

Responsibilities of this role :

• Analyze web performance daily using tools like Google Analytics, GT Metrix and Adobe Analytics
• Generate regular reports for stakeholder review, emphasizing key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate closely with paid media teams to conduct A / B and multivariate tests for UX optimization and increased conversion rates
• Provide strategic insights derived from data analysis to guide digital marketing strategies
• Ensure integration of data-driven decisions across departments by collaborating with creative, development, and marketing teams
• Oversee implementation and operation of analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Train junior analysts and team members on data interpretation and analytics tools, staying updated with the latest trends in web analytics.

Required Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing experience or website analytics
• Strong A / B and multivariate testing experience
• Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong understanding of digital performance marketing principles, funnel optimization and CRO strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex data in understandable terms
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
