Kaiseki Counter Sous Chef

A new authentic Japanese restaurant (opening September 2025)  is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to support our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Essential Duties

• Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and executing a refined Japanese menu.
• Skillfully handle and fillet fresh fish and seafood.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every dish prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Work with care and precision, consistently following proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to support smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

‐ At least basic Japanese language skills.
