Job Title : Restaurant Shift Leader
Schedule : Monday-Saturday availability required.

Role Summary : To lead and develop people and systems so that Operational Excellence is achieved at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale.
Specific FOH ands BOH Job Duties will be discussed during the interview.
What we are looking for from the Shift Leader :
- Ability to lead fast-paced operations calmly and systematically (Shift lineups, breaks, cash management, guest services, etc.)
- We expect our leaders to coach and develop people rather than manage people. Our business, and our people, are a work in progress.
- so we need leaders who are willing to patiently grow and develop themselves, others, and the team.
