  • 30 min interviews with hiring managers

  • Job Description
  • We are looking for someone that has experience with medical administration duties (non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting assisting with inbound calls from patients. The ideal candidates is someone who has been in the industry for 2+ years. and someone that is okay with a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 a day) and assisting patient via telephone. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English for this position. Candidates for this position must have a clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system and also have insurance verification experience.

    • Work Enviroment :
    • Call center + Medical Office (Front Office Receptionist)
    • Job Duties :
    • Answer incoming calls from patients (60-80 calls a day)
    • Gather patient demogrpahics and update patient's information in EMR system (NextGen)
    • Insurance verification
    • Schedule appointments
    • Provide status updates on pending referrals and authorizations
    • Data entry
    • Medical Customer Service
    • Pre- Registration
    • Check patient in / out
    • Translate for spanish speaking patients
    • Must Haves / Qualifications :
    • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Must have medical receptionist or medical call center experience (2+ years at minimum)
    • Must have insurance verification experience
    • Must have medical appointment scheduling experience
    • Must have experience answering a large number of calls 60+ a day
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
