Assistant

Our client, a contemporary art studio, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior artist. The hours are 9 : 30am-6pm with minimal after-hours work, offering a work-life balance. This role is fully onsite, five days per week in the West Village in Manhattan. Responsibilities :

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling through Outlook
• Coordinate travel logistics (domestic and international) with travel agent; occasional travel may be required
• Handle phone management, reservations, and event preparation
• Provide general administrative support and office management tasks
• Liaise with property managers, studio staff, and external partners
• Serve as a professional representative of the artist in all interactions Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8+ years of personal or administrative assistant experience
• Background in galleries, museums, or the arts is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Mature, discreet, and professional demeanor with excellent judgment Compensation / Benefits :
• Up to $120K base salary + discretionary bonus
