Pay Rate : $22-29 / hour ($45,760 - $60,320 annualized)

Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support our 16 campuses and 6 business entities. You will work closely with the Art Director to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines. Your main tasks will include designing engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Art Director to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect organizational values.
  • Work with the marketing team to meet their design needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Support the Art Director and team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
