Business Analyst 2

This role is designed to provide business management support for an engineering team dedicated to developing AI tools. You will be primarily responsible for headcount management, data analysis, and project support, working closely with directors to ensure the smooth operation of teams focused on product development and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
• Approve project and work breakdown structures.
• Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
• Approve project budgets and expenditures while monitoring transaction controls and costs to prevent potential budget overruns.
• Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, and client representatives regarding future proposals.
• Prepare sub-agreements and review sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage headcount for two large teams, contributing to hiring projects by ensuring best practices.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business management.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
