Loan Workout Associate
Job Title : Loan Workout Associate Location : West Des Moines, IA. (HYBRID-3 days in office) Duration : 18 Month contract with chance of extension.
Pay Rate : 22-24 / HR Industry : Financial Services Required Qualifications :
- 2+ year of relevant professional experience
- EXCEL experience is very valuable in this role
- Financial services background is needed Responsibilities :
- Covers jobs responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediation's, and / or settlements.
- Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting / communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
- Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
- Team Duties : -This team manages and supports the control step
- The team is part of the recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process
- The largest portion of the case review is in Credit Cards-Daily and weekly reports are received, the contractor will receive a control or process and each day they work the accounts
- The team is not customer facing
