Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.
Provide accurate information regarding services such as public benefits and utility programs.
Document interactions clearly and follow established procedures for handling various types of inquiries.
Escalate urgent or complex issues to appropriate departments.
Maintain a customer-first attitude while working in a team-driven environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or public service support preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to working on-site full-time.
Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
