About the Role

DOPE Marketing is looking for experienced Postcard Designers to join our in‑house creative team in Eagan, MN.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and account managers to design high‑converting postcards, mailers, and print campaigns that reflect our clients’ brands and the marketing strategies we recommend.

We’re seeking designers who understand direct‑response design, print layout, and marketing‑driven composition — people who can take direction, collaborate closely, and deliver beautiful, conversion‑focused designs under deadlines.

This is an in‑office position, and we’re looking to add two to three designers to our growing creative team.

This test helps us assess design speed, layout sensibility, and client‑readiness.
