Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
Salary Range : $98,000- $150,000 / Yr.

The role will begin in Oxnard, CA, where youll play a hands-on role supporting operations immediately, and then transition to Henderson in 2026 as the new facility becomes operational. The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety compliance across multiple sites and in multiple states. This role ensures a safe and compliant workplace by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and initiatives in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. The EHS Manager collaborates with various departments to promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure site compliance with OSHA, EPA, local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
Develop and enforce health and safety programs, including lockout / tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, machine guarding, and hazard communication.
Manage waste handling, recycling programs, spill prevention, and hazardous materials compliance.
Develop, deliver and track participation in safety training programs, educating employees on safe working practices, emergency response, and environmental compliance.
Conduct routine safety inspections, behavior-based observations, and internal audits.
Maintain and test emergency response plans and procedures.
Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.
