As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of Malibu Events, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and guests. Whether assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, or promoting upcoming events, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ticket purchases, reservations, and event information.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding event details, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating as needed.
• Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update records.
• Promote upcoming events and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
