In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and direct large-scale infrastructure projects in the Eastern United States, driving innovation and excellence while shaping the future of our communities.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement program requirements, Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance / Quality Control Plans.
• Team Leadership : Assign responsibilities to key team members, leveraging their strengths and expertise to achieve project goals. Provide mentorship and input on performance reviews and development plans.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, negotiating scope changes, attending public meetings, and collaborating with Business Development to secure additional work.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
• Problem Solving : Devise and execute action plans to address potential cost overruns, delays, or scope changes, keeping clients and management informed.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project engineers, discipline leads, and office staff to ensure seamless project execution.

Salary Range : $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
