Key Responsibilities
Provide multi-level technical support to clients and ensure high client satisfaction
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while reporting bugs
Develop and manage client-facing help materials and communicate product updates
Required Qualifications
Experience in client service roles, such as call centers or IT support
Demonstrated ability to work independently and think critically
Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools
Strong organizational skills
