• Vigilar para detectar y capturar ladrones de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.
• Completar el papeleo relativo a la detención de ladrones de manera detallada y precisa.
• Comunicar los problemas de prevención de pérdidas al coordinador de prevención de pérdidas.
• Usar CCTV para ayudar en las observaciones de clientes y empleados.
• Identificar elementos o áreas vulnerables al robo.
• Proporcionar la información necesaria al personal policial y judicial.
• Capacitar a nuevos detectives de tienda según sea necesario.
• Llevar a cabo otras tareas de prevención de pérdidas que se le asignen.
• Ser responsable de todas las propiedades de la compañía que le hayan sido asignadas para usar en el puesto.
• Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
• Debe tener título secundario o equivalente.
• Se considera útil que tenga estudios en Justicia criminal y/o prevención de pérdidas.
• Debe contar con excelentes aptitudes de servicio a clientes (por ej., buenos modales para hablar por teléfono, comprensión oral y control de calidad constante, etc.).
• Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
• Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
• Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
• Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades del departamento.
• Atención a los detalles, precisión y seguimiento.
• Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas.
• Debe tener 18 años de edad.
• Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes, y debe pasarlas.
