Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) to oversee strategic and operational initiatives across cloud and on-premises data center environments. The Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure strategies that ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can blend technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions. The Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) will guide teams in adopting best practices, ensuring high availability, optimizing resources, and maintaining compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute cloud and data center strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead innovation in infrastructure design, deployment, and operational efficiency across hybrid environments.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud) and on-prem data center technologies.
Provide leadership in architecture planning, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting.
Manage daily operations of data centers, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
Drive automation and orchestration initiatives to streamline operations and improve scalability.
Ensure robust high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks are in place and tested.
Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and infrastructure procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud and data center initiatives align with business and security goals.
Apply deep knowledge in networking, storage, virtualization, and server infrastructure management.
Maintain compliance with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and disaster recovery frameworks.
Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies for innovation and efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to teams on operational best practices and infrastructure management.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of progressive experience in cloud and data center technology leadership.
Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP , and hybrid infrastructure models.
Strong understanding of automation, orchestration, and monitoring tools .
Proven track record in security, compliance, and operational excellence .
Deep technical knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
