Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for a 6 months contract with a client located in North Branford, CT

Pay Range : $21 / hr. - $23 / hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern here, you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will assist in developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Learn and understand various manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to the team.
