Chief Compliance Officer - Global

We are searching for a CCO to join a global PE / VC fund, based in the US but to cover operations across the globe with significant growth across the Middle East and Asia.

Key Requirements

PE / VC / Hedge Fund backgrounds

Requirements

• 12 - 20 Years of experience (candidates outside of this range will be considered)
• Education, Training and Establishment exposure = PE, VC or a Hedge Fund related
• Experience in RIA and SEC requirements
• Experience in matters such as tax filings and non-US marketing registrations
• Experience with overseas operations in terms of offices, funds and market growth (EMEA and APAC)
• Ability to influence stakeholders around the world - essential
