Asset Management Specialist / Servicenow

Insight Global is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to work for a client out of the Overland Park, Kansas area. This person will be managing the network and server devices for both incoming and outgoing shipments. It is vital that you have experience tracking assets within ServiceNow. This person will work in our clients warehouse to track assets via serial numbers and ServiceNow, consolidate devices against purchase orders and lease agreements, and track where the assets of the company belong. This could include decommissioning assets, reaching out to various personnel for asset trakcing and utilizing warehouse equipment such as a forklift or scissorlift to move inventory. This position will be a direct hire and is looking to start in early / mid November.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience with asset management
• 1+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow for asset tracking / inventory management
• Experience with consolidation of assets to their purchase order / lease agreement
• Strong ability to track where assets are stored, managing inventory and tracking
• Serial number tracking, termination of assets, decommissioning, etc.
