What You Will Do :

The Insurance Patient Account Representative plays a crucial role in our team, acting as a key liaison between patients and our business office staff. In this position, you will handle incoming and outgoing communication with both patients and insurance companies to effectively resolve account balances. All activities will be carried out in accordance with our client policies and procedures. This role features a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work two days in the office and three days remotely.

Essential Job Functions :

• Process Hospital Claims
• Conduct Account Reviews
• Manage Appeals & Denials
• Handle Medicare / Medicaid inquiries
• Perform Insurance Follow-up
• Deliver Customer Service
• Oversee Billing operations
• Utilize UB-04 forms
