Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical student to join our Investments team for Summer 2026 in Hoboken, New Jersey. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions or asset management, with a focus on investment analysis, underwriting, and portfolio optimization. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to either the deal sourcing and acquisition process or the ongoing management and value creation of existing assets within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Acquisitions Track

• Assist in underwriting and financial modeling of acquisition opportunities across multiple property types
• Conduct market research and submarket analysis to identify investment opportunities
• Support due diligence processes including site visits, document review, and third-party report analysis
• Prepare investment committee memos and presentation materials
• Analyze comparable sales, rent comps, and market trends to support valuation
• Coordinate with brokers, sellers, and internal teams throughout the transaction process
• Maintain deal pipeline tracking and investment opportunity databases
