Human Resources Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about people and adept at navigating complex environments? If so, we're seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our clients dynamic industrial manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- Visible Leadership : Regularly build rapport and understand associates' needs.
- Labor Relations Expertise : Lead site efforts in managing union relationships, including contract negotiations, grievance handling, and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
- Talent Management : Oversee all site recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. Drive initiatives in employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and performance management for all employees.
- Strategic HR Partner : Provide expert counsel and coaching to leaders on change management, leadership, and HR processes.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to all employment / labor laws and act as the primary lead for Workers' Compensation claims, collaborating with EH&S.
