  • We are seeking five

    • Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives
    • to join our team in support of a leading financial services client. This is a remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and fluent in both French and English. Representatives will assist customers with auto lease and loan insurance-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding auto lease and loan insurance discrepancies (e.g., cancellations, missed payments, incomplete documentation).
    • Act as a liaison between customers and major financial institutions (e.g., Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions).
    • Provide clear, informative assistance to resolve insurance-related issues-
    • no sales or collections involved
    • Make approximately 14 calls per hour; this is a phone-intensive role.
    • Verify insurance details with agents and update internal systems accordingly.
    • Leave client-approved scripted messages when necessary.
    • Schedule :
    • Training :
    • Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM CST (First 3 weeks)
    • Includes classroom instruction, call shadowing, and monitored call handling.
    • Final assessment at the end of week 3 (minimum 80% required to proceed).
    • One additional week of training provided if needed.
    • Regular Shift :
    • Tuesday to Friday, 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM CST; Saturday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM CST
    • Qualifications :
    • Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written).
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate internal systems.
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required-
    • entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
    • Compensation :
    • Competitive hourly rate (details provided upon application).
