The Manager, Operations Shopper, Last Mile Delivery plays a pivotal role in executing the shopper strategy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full. This role leverages data to tell compelling stories, build business cases, and drive strategic decisions. The manager will use insights to reduce defects across the shopping tripsuch as missing items, no locations, and checkout auditswhile exploring technologies like AI and RFID to shape the future of Spark at the front end and enhance the customer and associate experience.

• Lead projects that improve the shopping experience across stores and digital platforms.
• Create and manage project plans based on data and customer needs.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications : Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
