Coordinator, Early Career & Outreach

DreamWorks Animation is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and people-passionate Coordinator to join our fast-moving Early Careers & Outreach team. As part of DreamWorks' broader Talent Acquisition organization, our Early Career Programs & Outreach team connects the studio to schools, nonprofits, and industry partners - opening doors for the next generation of talent through our Internship, Trainee, and Fellowship programs.

This role is high-impact and deeply collaborative. From coordinating all things Internship Program to executing outreach initiatives with partnership organizations / colleges / universities, we move quickly and with purpose. We are looking for someone who's ready to jump in, own their lane, and elevate every experience, all in service of developing the next generation of creative talent!

This role is located onsite in Glendale, CA and reports to the Sr. Manager, Early Careers & Outreach.

Responsibilities :

Early Career Programs :

• Own the recruitment lifecycle of the early career programs (Internships, Trainees, Fellowships) : job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding.
• Provide early career candidates with a positive and lasting impression when interviewing.
• Keep our databases organized and up-to-date.
• Update key program materials regularly and oversee program communications, flyers, trackers and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Marketing on social media campaigns that spotlight our interns / trainees / fellows and amplify our brand.

Event Planning : This is where you shine. You'll be the go-to for planning and executing events for both early career programs and outreach initiatives.
