Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to oversee daily business functions and drive organizational efficiency for our client based in San Jose, California. This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in operational strategy and human resources management to ensure seamless processes and team success.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day Generalist duties
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Management
• Lead onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively into the organization
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Handle generalist human resources duties, including employee relations and performance management
• Support recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to address operational needs and team concerns
