Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives across two brands. Your primary focus will be driving growth through SEO, analytics, and digital optimization, while guiding the social media manager to elevate our online presence. You'll oversee campaigns, paid media, events, and branding efforts to ensure alignment with company goals and a consistent, engaging brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, growth, and loyalty.

Lead SEO initiatives and optimize digital presence for maximum visibility and engagement.

Mentor and guide the social media manager, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, paid media, events) with a focus on ROI.

Optimize paid campaigns for cost-effective reach and measurable results.

Oversee CRM strategy and implement lead nurturing funnels to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
