A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee equipment installation, servicing, and repair in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality telephone support and troubleshoot equipment issues
Document customer problems and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Sell consulting services and generate revenue through additional work
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in driving revenue from sales of value-added services
Ability to troubleshoot and configure hardware and software, including servers and POS equipment
Flexibility to work across different time zones (CST, EST, PST)
Additional certifications in networking or security are a plus
